Cancellation policy

- Up to 1st of October 2024:  90% Refund less 25 Euros administration fees.
- Between the 2nd of October and 1st of November 2024: 65% refund less 25 Euros administration fees.
- Between 2nd of November 2024 and 1st of December 2024: 40% refund less 25 Euros administration fees.
- After 2nd of December: no refund.

Tickets are transferable at the discretion of NSpine – please contact [email protected].
NSpine cannot guarantee availability of presence of advertised faculty.
Liability: in participating in the event as a delegate, you agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the secretariat assume any liability whatsoever.
Delegates are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of insurance.
Apart from the above, participants shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation should political or economic circumstances or a case of “force majeure” outside of the control of NSpine prevent the event from being held, limit its size or modify its nature.
